The MPS-D3 is purpose-built for medium and heavy plate cutting. An open-structure gantry with protective cover gives clear operator sightlines while maintaining safety.

3D Bevel Cutting. One Pass. Weld-Ready.

Most medium-plate shops move parts twice—once for cutting, once for bevel preparation. The MPS-D3 combines both in one operation. The 3D cutting head produces weld-ready geometry during contour cutting. 0° to ±45° across V, Y, X and K joint types. Parts go directly to welding. Grinding is optional. Lower labour per part.

The high-rigidity bed undergoes high-temperature stress relief before machining—a slower, more expensive process most manufacturers skip. The result is a frame that resists vibration through deep-cut, long-cycle work without losing geometry.
