The TD series by Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group is a high-power CNC laser tube cutting machine meeting international standards. Equipped with IPG/Han’s laser sources and high-precision transmission components (rack-and-pinion, linear guides), it cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy tubes (round, square, oval) with professional-grade speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency, ideal for metal pipe processing.

Four-claw roller pneumatic chuck with self-centering via integrated clamping-grasping mechanism. Welded plate construction for feeding and fixed chuck seats. Stress-relieved through high-temperature annealing, rough machining, vibration aging, and precision finishing. Features high rigidity, lightweight design, and superior dynamic performance.

"Negative Pressure Dedusting" in the Pipe

The pipe interior and cutting area adopt negative pressure suction dust removal, which has good dust removal effect and is clean and environmentally friendly.

Semi Automatic Feeding

The semi automatic feeding module can be installed on the front of the machine, which makes it easy to put pipes on shelves in batches and greatly reduces the preparation time of raw materials.Strong technical support and many project experience, offer various automation solutions according to customer requirement.

Fully Automatic

The fully automatic feeding module can be installed on the back of the machine, and the raw material stacking rack can automatically provide pipes, thus significantly improving the loading speed and production efficiency.

MAX PHOTONICS

HAN’S FIBER LASER

Han’s Photon C series multimode group 4kW-30kW continuous fiber laser is equipped with a new high power optical module.

The module’s electro-optical conversion efficiency is higher than 40%, fundamentally reducing the overall power cost.

Equipped with a new generation of independently developed electronic control system, the equipment has stronger compatibility, simple and more user-friendly operation, real-time internal monitoring, fast data feedback response, and modulation pulse response in microseconds.
