Single Machine Automation.
The CLU is a compact loading and unloading system for single laser cutting machines. Designed for plate up to 20mm thick, it automates material handling and removes manual intervention at the cutting table.
Two Configurations. One Logic.
The standard CLU is built for batch production. It supports large raw-material capacity without a warehouse module and stacks up to 250mm, keeping footprint and system complexity low.
The V-K configuration adds a multi-layer warehouse for mixed-job shops, with automatic finished-product return enabling unattended overnight operation.
No Idle Time
Independently-controlled loading and unloading devices work in parallel: as the fork unloads finished sheets, the suction cup is already lifting the next blank. No idle time between cycles. No operator standing by waiting.
