Flat Before the First Cut.
Coil arrives with curvature, internal stress, and surface variation that defeats lesser feeders. The GRC's nineteen-roll leveller flattens every metre of material before it reaches the cutting bed — eliminating the upstream defects that show up downstream as scrap.
One Head, Or Two
Complex geometry runs faster on a single head working through it cleanly. High-volume parts run faster on two heads working in parallel. The GRC does both — switching between modes as the job demands, with the nesting software routing each cut for maximum material recovery.
Scrap Handling. Automated.
A crawler-type cutting table moves in sync with the servo-fed coil. As parts are cut, the remnant skeleton is broken down and discharged via a scrap conveyor. Continuous removal reduces manual handling and keeps the line running.
