Modular by Design.
Most tube cutters lock you into a fixed workflow. The PD Series uses a modular fixturing system that adapts to different production setups, including roller supports, fixture unloading, and two- or three-chuck configurations. Straight and bevel cutting heads support different processing requirements within the same platform.
3D Bevel Cutting. One Pass. Weld-Ready.
Traditional tube cutting delivers a square end. Weld prep happens at a second station. The PD Series eliminates that step. A seamless 3D head handles bevel geometry—0° to ±45° across V, Y, X, and K joint types—in the same pass as the cut. Tubes exit weld-ready. No grinding. No secondary handling. Massive reduction in labour costs.
Full Precision Capability.
Designed specifically for tube diameters from 20mm to 180mm and lengths up to 12 metres. Where heavy-duty cutters force compromise on the small end, the PD delivers full-precision capability across the entire range a working tube fabricator handles in a normal week.
Four-Claw Self-Centring Pneumatic Chuck.
Plate-welded, annealed, vibratory-aged and precision-machined for rigidity and repeatable clamping. Designed for stable tube rotation under high-speed cutting conditions. Reduced flex under load.
Mechanical Transmission. Maximum Uptime.
Internal oil-circuit lubrication supports continuous operation. A wired transmission safety system provides real-time monitoring during use. Designed for 24-hour production with reversible wear compensation and straightforward accuracy adjustment.
Feed It Two Ways
Semi-automatic feeding moves rows of pipe from rack to clamp without operator intervention. Fully-automatic feeding adds bundle-level loading from a silo — true unattended production. Same control system. Two levels of automation.
