For decades, H-beam fabrication has meant flame cutting—slow, rough, and requiring significant post-processing. The H-Beam Series replaces that workflow entirely. Available with laser sources from 6kW to 60kW, it cuts copes, locking edges, and bevels in a single pass—and the cuts come off the machine smooth enough to skip grinding altogether.
Built for the Big Sections.
Profile widths to 1250mm. Profile heights to 600mm. Loading length up to 12 metres for entire H-beams in a single setup. Where smaller tube cutters force you to break structural sections into pieces, the H-Beam Series handles them whole.
Fully Automated. Zero Tailings.
Load multiple H-beams in sequence. Walk away. Come back to finished sections with no end-of-beam scrap left over. The feeding clamp handles detection, clamping, and positioning automatically — operator intervention isn't part of the workflow.
Multiple Operations. One Machine.
Cope cuts, bevels (0–45°), locking edges, small holes — every operation a structural section needs, handled by the same machine. What was a multi-station workflow becomes one continuous process.
Twin-Position Throughput.
Optional moving-gantry configuration with two-station design. While Workstation 1 is cutting, Workstation 2 is loading and unloading. The bottleneck most structural cutters fight—machine idle time during reload—is engineered out of the workflow entirely.
