3D Bevel Cutting. One Pass. Weld-Ready.
Heavy-plate fabrication traditionally requires separate stations for cutting and bevel prep. The LFA collapses both into one operation. A seamless 3D head handles weld geometry—0° to ±45° across V, Y, X, and K joint types—in the same pass as the contour. Parts go straight to the weld cell. No grinding station. Massive reduction in labour costs.

Rigid by Design.
The LFA Series is built on a segmented steel machine bed designed for large-format cutting. Annealing, vibratory ageing and precision finishing help maintain rigidity across long working areas, providing a stable foundation for ultra-high-power cutting.

Engineered to Isolate Heat.
The cutting table is fully separated from the machine bed. This isolates the thermal impact of high-power laser cutting from the structural frame—and isolates the frame from the vibration and shock of loading and unloading heavy plate. Two problems, solved by one architectural decision.
