3D Bevel Cutting. One Pass. Weld-Ready.
Most large-format operations split cutting and beveling across separate stations. GIANT doesn't. A seamless 3D head handles weld prep—0° to ±45° across V, Y, X, and K geometries—in the same pass as the contour. Parts leave the bed weld-ready, even at structural scale. No grinding. No delay. Massive reduction in labour costs.

One Click. Three Workflows.
Most large-format machines treat remnant material as someone else’s problem. GIANT solves it. A dynamic visual remnant material system scans the bed in real time—one click identifies usable surplus, one click nests new parts onto the contour the system recognises, one click cuts. Multi-plate scanning at up to 1600mm width handles the entire working surface in a single pass. Material that would otherwise become scrap becomes inventory.
A Bed That Holds Its Line.
Most large-format machines fight thermal deformation. GIANT doesn’t. A modular linear-rail bed separates the cutting platform from the structural frame, isolating the heat of high-power cutting from the geometry. Independent foot supports under each unit make individual sections accessible for low-cost maintenance—without dismantling the machine.
Bevel Built In.
A swinging cutting head handles straight edges and bevel cuts in the same pass. Weld-prep on the cutting machine, instead of on a separate station — turning what was a multi-station workflow into one continuous process.
Engineered for the Operator.
A real-time monitoring console and 32-key handheld controller keep key functions within easy reach. OD5+ laser safety glass is integrated into the gantry cover, while safety gratings protect the cutting zone. Multi-zone dust and fume extraction directs airflow only where cutting is taking place, improving extraction efficiency across the work area.
